2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Courtiv, we may collect:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, club or organization details, and login credentials.
- Club & operational data — court inventory, schedules, bookings, memberships, tournament registrations, staff roles, and related venue records.
- Payment information — billing details and transaction records processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, app version, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Communications — messages you send to support or sales, including email correspondence.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Create and manage club and player accounts
- Process bookings, memberships, tournaments, and payments
- Send service notices, security alerts, and support responses
- Analyze usage to improve reliability and product quality
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. How we share information

- Service providers who help us host, send email, process payments, monitor uptime, or provide analytics — under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
- Club operators when you book or register through a venue using Courtiv (that club controls its own member and booking data)

We do not sell your personal information.
5. Multi-tenant club data
Courtiv is multi-tenant. Each sports club or venue operates in a separate workspace. Club administrators control the member, booking, and operational data in their workspace. If you are a player or member of a club, that club is typically the controller of your booking and membership records, and Courtiv processes that data to provide the Service.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Clubs may request deletion of their workspace data subject to applicable law and outstanding obligations.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@courtiv.com. If you are a club member, you may also need to contact your club administrator for data they control.
9. Children’s privacy
Courtiv is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental or guardian consent where required.
10. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
